Job Title: Lady Barista
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lady Barista to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. As a Lady Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
2. Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee products by properly grinding, tamping, and extracting espresso shots.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, tools, and serving areas, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
4. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations as needed.
5. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
6. Collaborate with team members to uphold store cleanliness, organization, and overall customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance coffee knowledge, brewing techniques, and customer service skills.
8. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and rotating merchandise to ensure freshness.
9. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by communicating effectively, fostering teamwork, and demonstrating a passion for coffee culture.
10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
2. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and beverage preparation techniques.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
6. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change.
7. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects up to 30 pounds.
8. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
