Manage the legal office reception including incoming communication, managing the switchboard, courier requests, driver assignments and coordination, booking of conferences and parking slots, ensuring the inventory of kitchen and office supplies, assists the Office Manager, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree holder from any reputable college of university from Western Countries.

- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience working in a law firm

- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
