Candidates should have good knowledge of IT sales/ marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills.Follow up with the clientsonce the sales team is involved.Developing a database of qualified leadsthrough referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining.Helping the clients tounderstand various product offeringsand solutions available with businessHRStop.com Building and managingstrong relationships with customers.Selling our online HR/ Payroll software to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone, over the web or by email.Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.Video/ In-Person Interview - Domain knowledge + HR DiscussionsBoth the in-person rounds will be conducted on the same day for shortlisted candidates. Results will be announced in a week's time.Excellent communication skills in English/ Hindi, with aneutralaccent.Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.Should be customer oriented.Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress, and while facing an irate customer and managing back to back callsGood to have:Any Indian regional languagePositive attitude - confident/ self-motivated
