Our Coverage teams provide clients with full access to the expertise of the Corporate Bank product suite, as well as introduction to the Investment Bank, including Corporate Finance advisory, DCM and ECM originationYour RoleAs Trade Finance Flow Advisory & Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing Trade Finance related solutions and advisory services to Clients operating within Saudi Arabia and GCC markets. You will be working closely with the local Coverage / Product Sales team and support them in achieving revenue targets. You will be acting as the primary Client contact point for Trade Finance related documentary and service issues as well as being accountable for the overall level of service provided to clients. You will be conducting regular service reviews to manage client service expectations.Your Key ResponsibilitiesBeing Trade Finance expert and provide guidance, solutions & advisory services to clientsManage Client transaction and ensure delivery within TATDaily review of transaction queues & escalate where requiredPrepare Arabic Language Guarantee/AmendmentsRespond and resolve day to day queries received from Clients/FI/Coverage, as well as manage complaints if/when receivedPerform service Reviews & Meetings - continuous service improvements on client feedback and market needsClient TrainingCoordinate / meeting with Trade Processing CenterCoordinate with and collaboratively work with all Front Office and infrastructure partners including Operations / Legal / AFC & Compliance / COOArabic Translation where request received in Arabic LanguageReview of Trade related regulatory reportsProvide support to Sales/Coverage team where neededYour Skills and QualificationsNationality: Saudi nationalLanguage skills: Fluent in Arabic & English language (spoken/written)Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Finance products i.e. Bank Guarantee/Import/Export & Trade related financingWell versed with latest UCP/URR/URDG/ISBP & local regulations (key regulatory requirement for Saudi Markets related to Trade Finance)Bachelors Degree (Graduate)Excellent interpersonal skills: effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.Strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamworkClient servicing skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problem.Competent in MS Office suite (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)Deutsche Bank is an equal opportunity employer who seeks to recruit and appoint the best available person for a job regardless of marital / civil partnership status, sex (including pregnancy), age, religion, belief, race, nationality and ethnic or national origin, colour, sexual orientation, or disability.We guarantee that your application will remain anonymous and be treated confidentially.
