Job Description Shape smiles and rebuild lives as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Consultant in prestigious hospitals across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. This captivating role empowers you to utilise your expertise in restoring function, improving aesthetics, and offering life-changing surgeries for a wide range of facial and oral conditions. *Must have recent experience of working in the UK/Europe/USA/Canada/Australia/NewZealand* About the Opportunity: Join the world-class team and: Perform a comprehensive range of oral & maxillofacial surgeries, including facial trauma repair, jaw reconstruction, cleft lip & palate surgeries, and dental implant placement. Leverage cutting-edge techniques like minimally invasive surgery and 3D printing for optimal outcomes. Lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists to ensure holistic patient care. Stay at the forefront of the field by participating in research and attending international conferences. Make a lasting impact on the lives of patients, restoring confidence and functionality through your surgical expertise. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and determine the most appropriate surgical approach. Perform advanced surgeries with precision and meticulous attention to detail. Oversee postoperative care, ensuring optimal healing and recovery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans. Actively participate in research activities, potentially leading to publications and presentations. Contribute to teaching and training residents and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications: Board-certified or equivalent in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a busy maxillofacial practice with demonstrably positive patient outcomes. Proven expertise in performing a wide range of oral & maxillofacial surgeries. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
