Today, we are recruiting for a Signaling Maintenance Shift Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Assist the engineer/supervisor in his tasks. Work as a technical expert within the SIG system service. Repair and maintenance functions applicable to SIG system service. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the relevant equipment including software in conformity with the applicable technical documentation. Coordinate all aspects of the requirements for speedy corrective actions e.g., Suitable personnel, tools, materials, etc. Assist in the repair of installations in conformity with the applicable technical documentation. Perform daily control of the subordinated staff within his service. Monitor and review maintenance task reports. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance including repair works under the supervision of the engineer on duty and in conformity with the technical instructions and maintenance manuals. Operate special tools and measuring devices required to perform maintenance and repair tasks Tools, equipment, machinery, vehicles, operated/used, all tools including special tools required for the execution of his tasks. What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any equivalent diploma. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role. Experience in working with projects and preferably in the public transportation business and special skills (communication, etc.) Fluency in both written and spoken English. Good computer skills. Has the ability to train staff on technical issues. Has a good knowledge of tools and equipment. On-the-job training. CMMS What else do I need to know?
