Job Title: Field Safety Supervisor Location: Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Field Safety Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of experience infield safety management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's safety policies and procedures infield operations. This position requires a proactive approach to preventing accidents and ensuring compliance with all occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. Main Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor field safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments infield operations to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures. Lead safety training sessions and drills for field staff, ensuring all employees are aware of and adhere to safety policies. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, compiling reports and recommending improvements to prevent future occurrences. Coordinate with management and other departments to integrate safety measures into daily operations and project planning. Stay updated on new legislation and advancements infield safety technology and practices, adjusting company policies accordingly. Manage the distribution and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective gear for field staff. Serve as the primary point of contact for all field safety inquiries, issues, and emergencies.
