Al Borg Diagnostics, a reputable healthcare company, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Lead for the Central Region. As the Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing and managing customer-centric strategies and initiatives.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions. You will also play a key role in shaping and maintaining a customer-focused culture within the organization. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have strong leadership and analytical skills, we want to hear from you!Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer experience or customer-centric roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence others. Proven track record of successfully implementing customer experience initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of customer experience best practices and methodologies. Fluency in English and Arabic. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
