**Job Overview**:
We seek experienced General Director, preferably with prior experience in a similar role, a strong background in the IT, a profound understanding of the corporate market, and GCC/Qatar experience would be a valuable asset for this position.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
- Develop business plans and strategies.
- Advise the board of directors on strategic issues.
- Present reports on the company's business and performance to the board.
- Motivate and provide leadership to Managers and senior executives.
- Build relationships with external experts and agencies through seminars, conferences and professional networking.
- Ensure that the company continues to make profits and grow investors' wealth.
**Salary**: From QAR10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
