_**We are Hiring an admin officer with minimum experience of 2 years**_
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or documentation
Experienced in documentation
Advanced level in excel and computer skills
Duties as per day,
1. Updating Petty Cash
2. Scanning Invoices
3. Updating Quotation, Purchase order and Contract - Index
4. Preparing Purchase Order
5. Separating Invoices of Villas and and updating in excel Sheet
6. Updating Material Details in Rent Manager Software for Work Order Sheet
7. Scanning Filing Docs in PC as well as Hard Copies
8. Keeping Records of staff (Offer Letters, PP, ID ETC) (Soft Copy and Hard Copy)
9. Internal Mails
10. Preparing Notices, Increment Letters ETC
11. Spiral Binding, lamination ETC
**Weekly Duties**
1. Preparation of Petty Cash for final Submission
2. Preparing of Payment Certificates
3. Summary Sheet of all projects
4. Preparing Cleaning Division Sheets
**Monthly Duties**
1. Monthly Submission of Villas
2. Submission of Time Sheet (Preparing in Excel)
3. Monthly Submission of (Invoices, Service Report and Work Order Sheet)
4. Preparing Dashboard
5. Checking ID Expiry dates of staff (Excel) updating
6. Updating Company Documents
Only Asian nationalities can apply
Locally available with transferable visa is a must
Salary 3500 qatari riyals
