1. Develop and maintain HCPolicies and Procedures and ensure that they are properly applied across HCdepartments and other Departments2.Maintain SCA's organization structureand ensure its alignment with SCA's overall vision, mission, and strategicobjectives, as well as develop and maintain job descriptions accordingly.3.Develop and maintain SCA's strategicmanpower plan in alignment with SCA's strategy and in coordination withconcerned departments in order to identify the gaps between current and futureworkforce requirements in terms of numbers, skills and competencies.4.Develop the annual manpower plan incoordination with concerned departments, taking into account business needs,budget constraints.5.Develop and maintain SCA's competencyframework, in accordance with the required knowledge, skills and abilities ofSCA's positions / jobs.6.Define and monitor key HC metrics andKPIs and report on SCA's Human Capital performance in order to identify areasof improvement and trends that may be of interest for SCA.7.Conduct job evaluation on uniquepositions, and perform job slotting, to ensure the correct mapping of positionsto the grading structure.8.Develop and maintain SCA's GradingStructure in line with local labour laws, market trends, and changes in SCA'sorganisation structure.9.Develop, implement and maintain theSCA's total rewards structure (basic salary, allowances, benefits, bonuses, andincentive schemes).Requirements·Bachelor's degree in humanresources, business administration, or a relevant field.·Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.·Proficiency in English and Arabic Language is required.
