As Social Communications Assoc Manager, you will:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social impact strategy for Saudi and GCC markets, aligned with the company's values and business objectives.

Propose, manage, and evaluate reputational building/social impact programs to advance the Corporate Reputation of PepsiCo and address local needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integrate social impact initiatives into the overall corporate strategy.

Develop, propose, and maintain a list of key and active partners in Saudi and the GCC.

Identify and build relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders to create impactful partnerships.

Develop and implement employee engagement programs related to social impact and community involvement, fostering a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility among employees.

Develop and execute communication plans related to ongoing social impact programs.

Inform and engage internal and external stakeholders on the programs through regular reporting.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of social initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Communication, Sustainability, Business, etc.). Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in social impact management or related roles.

Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and community engagement.

Exposure to NGOs or international organizations is needed.

Effective communication and story-telling capabilities, as well as relationship-building skills.

Experience in Public Relations and Events Management.

Knowledge of the Middle East landscape with focus on the Saudi/Gulf.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.

Very good command on MS packages.

Perfect command of English and Arabic language (writing & speaking).
