With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.Bayut in Saudi is an integral part of the Dubizzle Group and is now looking to hire an Assistant Manager Mortgage & banking relationships, you will be responsible for managing the mortgage & banking relationships for the clients of the Bayut. You will be responsible for signing MOUs and building relationships with Financial Institutions for Bayut clients.In this role, you will:Perform market research for financing options for Bayut transactions clientsSign MOUs and contract with financial institutions to provide financing for Bayut clientsManage relationships with the financial institutions and get best possible leasing ratesOversee client applications for mortgage of Bayut clientsInteract with Bayut clients to get the issues resolved with regards to mortgage applicationsReport application performance and suggest improvementsRepresent Bayut in events with regards to Banking and Mortgage financingRequirementsEducational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Valid and current Driving license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Experience At least 4 years previous in Real Estate and Mortgage Financing Proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets. In depth knowledge of commercial avenues Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods A deep understanding of the market services/products Understanding of real estate salesSkills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills Excellent organisational and time management skills* Strong team orientation, communication, creative & analytical skills.
