We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. This role will primarily focus on the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, specifically targeting business-to-consumer (B2C) sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the FMCG market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of success in B2C sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company in the FMCG sector.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG industryBuild and maintain strong relationships with B2C clientsConduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our FMCG productsNegotiate and close deals to achieve sales targetsMonitor market trends and competitor activities in the FMCG sectorProvide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfactionCollaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet sales objectivesPrepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvementPreferred Candidate:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales in the FMCG industryProven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive marketExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of the FMCG market and consumer behaviorAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsSelf-motivated and driven to succeedAbility to work independently as well as in a teamProficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM softwareSkillsStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry and consumer behaviorAbility to analyze market trends and competitor activitiesGoal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
