Job Description:Our client is a prominent name in the transportation sector, known for its efficient and reliable services across the Middle East.Main Objective:To ensure seamless day-to-day operations, drive efficiency across the transportation network, and ensure customer satisfaction.Character Profile:A dynamic leader with a keen sense of logistics and operations. This individual is detail-oriented, excels in problem-solving, and is adept at managing large teams to deliver on time.Responsibilities and Duties:• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods or services.• Route Optimization: Utilize advanced logistics software to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.• Team Leadership: Manage and train the operations team, fostering a culture of punctuality and responsibility.• Safety Standards: Ensure all vehicles and operations adhere to safety standards and regulations.• Customer Liaison: Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.• Budget Management: Oversee the operations budget, ensuring cost efficiencies without compromising on service quality.Qualifications:• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.• Over 8 years of experience in the transportation or logistics sector, with a proven track record in operations.• Proficiency in logistics and route optimization software.• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
