Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates Assure systems compliance to cyber security and data governance measures and guidelines Building and integrating information systems to meet the organization needs Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it Resolving technical problems as they arise Provide supervision and guidance to development teams Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets Requirements Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role Previous project management experience is advantageous In-depth understanding of coding languages Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases Strong organizational and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure Experience in software engineering and design architecture Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes Job duties and Responsibilities Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutionsDocument and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updatesAssure systems compliance to cyber security and data governance measures and guidelinesBuilding and integrating information systems to meet the organization needsAssessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve itResolving technical problems as they ariseProvide supervision and guidance to development teamsContinually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where neededInform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implementedAssess the business impact that certain technical choices haveProvide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets Other Job Requirements (Skills and licensing or C Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructureExperience in software engineering and design architectureAdvanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
