You get to work at the intersection of moving economies through inland and port freight and manage key marketplace stakeholders in a fast-paced environment in an effort to drive a step-change in the industry.ResponsibilitiesRecording all Cash in and out Transactions to the Trella Ports Cash Reister's sheet.Request Deposits amp; Ops depositsDaily Reconciliation of the Ops Reps' accountsVerify the Bookings' documents before sending it to HQVerify the uploaded documents on each booking on the loadboard and verify the financials.Verify settlements for each carrierEnsure there are no missing or extra loads that should/should not be paid.Ensure that all the amounts are accurate and reflect what is owed to the CarrierControl the missing items ( delays , gensets ,extra charges ) when issuing the invoice.Reconciliation the ops deposits account and match with the portal.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, and AccountingWork Experience: 3-5 years of experienceStrong ownership, a bias for action, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves.Analytics and excellent excel / google sheets skills.Experience in dealing with complex data sets, deriving insights and checking against what you see in the real world.
