FUNCTION : Project Manager LOCATION : São Paulo - SP JOB TYPE : Determined GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Project management of supply chain & production footprint for Latam Operations moving from the existing to Envu qualified partners. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Work with the Project Leads to deliver the roadmaps for production supply chain redefinition.
- Support the Project Leads, helping them with creating appropriate structure and governance to ensure successful delivery of the change – KPIs management.
- Help determine and establish framework, dashboard, metrics and KPIs for tracking project activities and progress.
- Update the roadmap and metrics in KeySuite tool or any other tools.
- Collect, analyze and consolidate Weekly Status report from workstream’s leads.
- Manage in collaboration with the Project Leads communications and change management internally, alerting stakeholders to their part within the transformation and helping them navigate through the change.
- Organize and support the project lead for meetings' preparation (Core Team, Steer Cos etc.)
- Employ PMO, Project, Change management and Supply Chain Skills as appropriate to support the successful outputs for the projects.
- Propose improvements and provide appropriate feedback and alerts to Project Leads.
- Advise on issues where required.
- University degree
- Solid experience in project management – PMO role
- Project Management tools and technics like Agile, Waterfall, PMI, MS Project, etc.
- Supply Chain experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Good Communication Skills: Fluent English, Intermediate Spanish
