Responsiblity:Evaluatingpurchase orders to create suitable productionschedules.Estimating the amount of material,equipment, and labor required forproduction.Promptly addressing and resolvingproduction issues to minimize delays inproduction.Coordinating production operationsin accordance with material, labor, and equipmentavailability.Recommending viable solutions toreduce production costs as well as improve production processes andproduct quality.Effecting changes toproduction schedules to ensure that production deadlines aremet.Compiling status and performance reportsand submitting them to management in a timelymanner.Promptly informing the relevantdepartments of changes to current productionschedules.Production PlannerRequirements:Bachelor'sdegree in supply chain management, business management, or relatedfield is preferred.Certified in Production andInventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevantcertification is advantageous.Provenexperience working as a productionplanner.Proficiency in all Microsoft Officeapplications.Sound knowledge of materialrequirements planning (MRP) and relatedsoftware.Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.Effective communicationskills.
