IntroductionAmbitious and entrepreneurial CFO sought for international company. Are you the CFO we are looking for?OrganisationFor a spin-off of an internationally oriented company based in the Den Bosch region, we are looking for a CFO.A role with many responsibilities and opportunities and where you can really make an impact! You will contribute to the growth of the organisation.ResponsibilitiesThe CFO is reporting to the Group CFO and responsible for financial strategy, planning, management of company assets and supervision of regional finance function including finance, accounting, credit risk, internal audit, reporting, treasury and tax.Principal Responsibilities:Responsible for regional financial performance through financial strategy, planning, monitoring and development of policies, systems and processes.Directs the finance, accounting, credit risk, tax, treasury and regional control functionsMonitors internal controls, systems and provides regional finance governance and audits.Ensures company assets are adequately safeguarded through risk management andinsurances to avoid/minimize risks/potential loss.Provides management with financial data/inputs to support in business strategy formulation and development.Supports business on financial, tax implications of business decisions.Oversees cash flow, financial decision to optimize return on capital.Provides financial & management reports for performance measure and to assist inbusiness decisions.Oversees reporting and accounting as per regulatory as per statutory and fiscal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts.Supports all annual audits by independent auditors.Performance Standards:Asset ProtectionMonitor individual asset positions (Cash, DSO etc)OPEX ControlReporting QualityCompliance to Legal, Statutory and fiscal requirementsQualificationsGraduate in Economics (RA, RC preferred but not required)Minimum 10 years of regional (finance) experience in midsize/international companyExperience within Services IndustryExperience within international environmentExperience with international (finance) team (in multiple locations) and remote leadershipExperience with IPOExperience within scale-up(s)IFRS, GAAP knowledgeWillingness to travelInterested?
