Your key responsibilities:
  • Booking and maintenance of deals in trade capture systems directly across Asia Financing desks
  • Assisting FO across full lifecycle of loans, pre-deal through to final repayments, including New Transaction and Product approvals
  • Working with FO teams across the region to ensure accurate risk and P&L reporting and forecasting for the business
  • Supporting implementation of new strategic systems for financing products with Loans Front to Back (F2B) programme, Kannon Risk and P&L rollout, Technology, Strats and Business stakeholders
  • Supporting process improvements relating to deal pipeline capture, pipeline escalation and credit limit tracking
  • Supporting inputs, maintenance of database for P&L flash, and interactions required for covenants and collateral processes
  • Liaising with business control functions to ensure appropriate controls are in place
Your skills and experience:
  • For VP: Minimum 5 years' experience within an operations, finance or risk related role covering loans and/or financing products.
  • For Associate : Minimum 3 years' experience within an operations, finance or risk related role covering loans and/or financing products.
  • Knowledge of loans products and their lifecycle for a financing business.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and understanding of financial products
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work to deadlines with Front office teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build an effective internal network across a myriad of stakeholders (FO desks, Market Risk Management, Global Valuations Group etcetera.)
