The Bank has also been the recipient of many awardsfrom leading international specialised financial publications.Basedon the Group's consistent strong financial performanceand its expanding international presence, QNB currently ranks asthe most valuable bank brand in the Middle East and Africa,according to Brand Finance Magazine.QNB Group has an activecommunity support program and sponsors various social, educationaland sporting events.Job Purpose Summary::The incumbent willessentially assist the VP HR Business Partners in carrying out HRprograms and initiatives to ensure efficient and strong employeerelations.Essential Duties & Responsibilities byDimensions:: Shareholder & Financial: ImplementsKPI's and best practices for Associate HRBP Promote costconsciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimisecost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank. Act withinthe limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent. Customer(Internal & External): Support VP HR Business Partners andthe team in performing several supporting duties to ensureeffective management of employee relations. Assist VP HR BusinessPartners in prioritizing, executing and managing various tasks inorder to ensure excellent employee relations and employeesatisfaction. Build and maintain strong and effective relationshipwith all other related units to achieve the Department'sgoals/ objectives. To assist customers in all their queries onBank's product and seek solution to their requests.Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements(SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements inturn-around time. Build and maintain strong/effective relationshipswith related departments/units to achieve the Group'sobjectives. Provide timely/accurate data to external/internalAuditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when requiredInternal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): Support the HR staffingfunction by assisting in the coordination of staffing andrecruitment activities. This includes providing assistance inscheduling of interviews, coordinating psychological and aptitudetesting, and coordinating work force planning process etc. Assistin coordinating employee counseling and performance managementactivities. Carry out the preparations required for employee orcompany initiated terminations. Liaise with the HRBPs to providethem with the pertinent information relating to all aspects ofemployment including recruitment, terminations and diversity.Support in workforce planning and management by assisting in thereview of monthly headcount, hires, terminations and transfers.Assist in HR program/ project implementation, which may includeAudit reviews, ISO audit reviews, performance / salary reviews,incentive plan distribution and payment, employee opinion surveys,and all other HR initiatives. Support other ad-hoc responsibilitiesas required. Learning & Knowledge: Possess an awareness oflocal employment legislation and compliance requirements Possessworking knowledge of HR practices and principles. Proactivelyidentify areas for professional development of self and undertakedevelopment activities. Seek out opportunities to remain currentwith all developments in professional field Legal, Regulatory, andRisk Framework Responsibilities: Comply with all applicable legal,regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but notlimited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML &CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud ControlPolicy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and InsiderDealing Policy).
