  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead and oversee a sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and report on key metrics.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts or deals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
Administrative Management:
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management and support staff.
  • Manage and optimize administrative processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Handle budgeting and financial aspects related to sales and administration.
  • Develop and maintain efficient record-keeping and filing systems.
Customer Service:
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Implement customer feedback and suggestions to improve service quality.
Communication and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align efforts and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales performance and administrative activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication with sales and administrative staff.
Team Leadership:
  • Motivate and lead the sales and administrative teams to meet or exceed goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and training to team members.
  • Set and communicate clear expectations and performance standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (16 Years) in business administration, sales, or a related field. Master's degree may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, administrative leadership, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in Foreign Education Student Consultancy will be Preferred.
