Role Description This is a full-time role for a Tour Manager. The Tour Manager will be responsible for managing daily tour operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth execution of itineraries, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an on-site role located in Kochi. Qualifications Proven experience in tour management and customer serviceExcellent organizational and coordination skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of local attractions and destinationsAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under pressureProficiency in English and other foreign languagesProficient in using travel and reservation systemsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesFlexible and adaptable to changing schedules and situationsBachelor's degree in Tourism or related field is preferred PRB
