Job Summary:As a Food Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving the top and bottom line of the business. You will develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, build and maintain relationships with clients, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer baseIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage industryBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutionsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvementCoordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clientsConduct regular meetings and training sessions with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales objectives and best practicesStay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the marketCollaborate with the culinary team to create client first solutionsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency in product development and menu planningStrong knowledge of culinary trends, food pairings, and international cuisinesKnowledge of food and beverage industry trends, products, and regulations PRB
