The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring high-quality service. The Spa Manager will also develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and generate revenue, as well as maintain inventory and equipment.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the spa industryFreshers can also apply Proven leadership and team management skillsExceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and highly organizedProficient in Microsoft Office and spa management softwareKnowledge of spa treatments, services, and productsExperience with budgeting and financial planning PRB
