Calibration Engineer - Lab In charge

Job Position : Laboratory In-chargeJob Description:As the Laboratory In charge at Sarvashree Calibration Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding all Calibration activities within the lab. Sarvashree Calibration Pvt Ltd, Bangalore , is multi discipline calibration lab with accreditation scope in ET, Thermal, Mass, Pressure, Force, Torque , Optical, Dimensional discipline.We prefer candidates with technical expertise in Electrical, Force , Torque , Mass & Volume Parameter.Responsibilities• Oversee and supervise day-to-day calibration operations to ensure adherence to protocols, standards, and procedures.• Provide guidance and support to the team, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth workflow.• Ensure the accuracy and precision of calibration results by closely monitoring calibration methodologies and equipment.• Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to team members.• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.• Manage laboratory resources, including equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of calibration results, procedures, and findings.• Prepare and review reports, maintaining meticulous records of calibration processes.• Ensure compliance with ISO17025:2017 standards and guidelines in all calibration processes.• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain ISO17025:2017 accreditation.Qualifications• BE / B. Tech / Diploma / Bsc(Physics), MSc (Physics).• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on work experience in a NABL accredited laboratory is mandatory.(Electro Technical, Mass & Volume, Dimension, Pressure, Thermal, Force, Torque)• Familiar with ISO 17025 Calibration Quality System Requirements and certifications.• Strong technical knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies and equipment.• Excellent leadership and team management skills.• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Job Location : BangaloreSalary : Salary for right candidate not a constraintBenefits:• Staff Quarters for bachelors at company cost• Provident Fund, Health Insurance,• Performance Bonus PRB
