As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing market penetration by approaching potential customers and making them understand the benefits of our products.Key Purpose of the Role:This role will be accountable for the sales of cyber security products - An endpoint security app to clients in the B2B space.RoleBusiness Development Manager- Sales (Cyber Security Product)We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales person with years of success in business-to-business (B2B) Sales of primarily Technology products/solutions (Preferably SaaS).in building strategic alliances with business partners, strengthening customer relationships, and leveraging negotiation and influencing abilities.record of winning several new accounts within aggressive timelines combining leadership skills with consultative sales abilitiescommunication skills, superior problem resolution abilities, and a talent for connecting with C-level decision makers.progressed through positions of increased authority based on strong performance in business revenue growth and long term client retention.ResponsibilitiesPlay a critical part in building Go to Market strategy and responsible for revenue generation through new B2B clients, at the same time fostering existing relationshipsBuild, plan, and implement the overall Business Development strategy in accordance with the Company priorities and policies to meet the revenue targets and profit marginson Key accounts from a strategic growth perspectivea deep understanding and professional knowledge in cyber technologies across our customers' networks and needs.strategic value of Cyber Security Product and hunt for new business opportunitiesappointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company. Lead introductions meetings and technical deep-dive sessions with our prospective clients.as a product expert focused on customer onboarding and explore expansion opportunities to increase revenue.Pre-Sales and prepare all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).in for Tenders, Deliver competitive pitches, and proposals (RFPs), with tailored messages, often to tight deadlinesin commercial & contractual negotiationsleadership to the Sales Team and ensure their performancesenior leadership in driving investment decisions in developing sales and marketing strategiesclosely with the marketing team toleads and promote the services offeredin execution of the marketing plans in alignment with the business strategyand communicate the larger market the core definition of Who we are and What we do through consistent set of key messaging and communicationBuild solid relationships with customers, vendors, as well as internal sales and marketing teams fostering a team-based culture, ensuring positive interactions, thereby enhancing organization's reputationmarket study and competitor analysis and generate intelligence inputtandem with Client Success Managers, facilitate after-sales support, and maintain relationships with the clients. Consistent good CSI is central in Sales performance.clients' feedback to business in improving the existing products and services.Researching market trends and related events, publications, and announcements to identify opportunities for new products or services that might appeal to specific clients.accounts receivable and payable, including sending billing notices, collecting payments from clientswith backend & technical team for solving client's issues and proper service deliveryEvaluate options and resolve priorities wherever neededUndertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary to achieve the objectives of the company QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEducation Post-Graduation in Management (highly desirable)Experiencerequired: Minimum 10 years of experience Domain: Cyber Security Products/Platformsexperience: Strategy, Product Sales, Business Development, Marketing. Experience in customer-facing roles.Professional Skills / Knowledgeknowledge: Knowledge of Cyber Security and understanding of Indian customer base and their buying behaviorsLeadership: A confident, mature person with a proven track record of achieving milestones and complete deliverables and the ability to connect and inspire othersSelf-drive: High-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instinctResults-orientation: A driver who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.presence & communication skills: Good executive presence and communication skills; the role involves communication/ discussions with/ presentations to leadership levelsskills: Understanding and experience with the ability to practically apply, must link strategies to financial results via actionssolving capability: A creative yet pragmatic problem solver.
