Educational Qualifications:Degree or Diploma in mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation engineering from an accredited collegeor universityExperience (Must for the job role):• Min. 3 years of hands-on experience of AMC support and programming, engineering and commissioningfor Building automation systems like Schneider / Johnson Controls / Siemens / Tridium / Trend Controls /Webs / Distech / EasyIO• ELV Systems (Access control / Fire Alarm / CCTV / GSS / WLD etc) maintenance experienceJob Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full timeJob Responsibility:Core ActivitiesDevelopment of Engineering documents like FAS layout / CCTV layout / Access control layout / BMS control strategy etcSupporting estimation and device selections.Prepare documentations as per the specificationsDesigning the system arch. including shop floor design of the project for submitting to the client/consultant for approvalProgramming, Installation supervision, testing and commissioning of DDC panel and Field DevicesPreparation of as built details and submitting to Client's approvalMaintenance & troubleshooting of Honeywell, Schneider, JCI Or Siemens DDCs systemMaintenance & troubleshooting of ELV SystemsPPM activity and reactive call for BMS & ELV systems as per client SLABMS & ELV system backup, image backup of all software and emergency / breakdown supportAdmin Activities:• Submitting customer signed reactive / breakdown call report to manager same day• Submitting customer signed PPM report within 2 days after the PPM completion to the manager• Managing project deliverables by coordination with internal teams• Handing AMC supplies associated activities• Submitting customer invoices, getting approvals of the same and follow up on payments withcustomers• MIS generations• Following company HSE processes and adhering to code of conductSelf-Development Activities:• Developing skills to understand different verticals of business and customer business processes• Self-learning of Technology / software tools wherein KED predominantly work upon.• Developing recruitment skills towards basics of company operations technologies.1.
