Calling Associate- US Healthcare DataWe provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides Healthcare Industry Data Collection and Research support to a US Based company that provides healthcare commercial intelligence. RESPONSIBILITIES Communicating (outbound phone calls) directly with the healthcare providers to verify and confirm executive contacts and titles.Updating the C-Level executive data in the directories of a US-based healthcare data companyConfirming over the phone to verify that the names and designations are spelt correctly.Entering all changes and new information into the databases in the specified format.Communicating regularly with team leader/management/team members regarding the status of projects and work assignments.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE A passionate individual with a range of 3-8 years of experience in calling rolesMaintaining high productivity with high qualityExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and other applicationsBachelor's Degree in Finance/commerce, MBA, CFA, or any other Post-Grad DegreeSKILLS Ability to handle conversations with U.S.-based healthcare facilitiesHandling International Outbound callsActive Listener and strong understanding of U.S accentAbility to work in both team and individual environments.Strong attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsShould be willing to work in US Shift.LOCATION: Hyderabad, IndiaTIMINGS: IST 5.30 PM to 2.30 AMSALARY RANGE: Best in Industry SEND APPLICATION TO: sumavallyg@finacplus.com PRB
