This role involves understanding project briefs, grasping content strategies, fostering seamless collaboration between clients and our studio, and ensuring timely project delivery. Job DescriptionAct as the primary point of contact for clients, partners and studio to discuss and understand their requirements.Cultivate and nurture enduring client and partner relationships, maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Ensure seamless communication between all parties involved, presenting film drafts to clients for approval and overseeing project execution.Collaborate with internal teams to devise projects that align with client briefs and budget requirements.Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in Client Servicing within the advertising, marketing, or creative industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.Proven experience of working of video production projects. Proficient in researching clients' products, services, competitors, and target markets.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting client needs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (or similar) is mandatory.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.Passion for creativity and a keen interest in advertising and marketing.Flexibility to adapt to changing client demands and priorities.Collaborative mindset, adept at briefing colleagues and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.Strong team player with the ability to foster effective collaboration within the organization to achieve client objectives.Attitudes We Value- Accountability towards work, oneself, and society.- A strong sense of ethics in all endeavors.- A drive to contribute to the greater good.Salary25K- 35K (Depending of the skillset)Location Pune PRB
