Sr. Electronics Hardware design Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities-:1: • Electrical/Electronic hardware design • Candidate will be responsible for designing architectures, subsystems, boards, and components for the industrial product. • Design and build complete product by integrating various advanced Electro-Mechanical systems. 2: • Design, develop, or implement control circuits or algorithms for electromechanical systems. • Design Integrations of Industrial Automation products PLC, HMI, Inverters, Servo Motor, Servo Drives & Motion Control systems. • Involve in simulation, testing, and troubleshooting of designs, including bench testing and debugging using test equipment. 3: • Develop test plans and procedures for designs. • Regulatory certifications (CE, UL). • Participate in and lead design reviews. • Manage schedule, cost, and technical responsibility at the system and board level. 4: • Identify and work with suppliers of components and subsystems. • Creates part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing, and assembly. • Involve in POC Prototyping, testing & product validation. • Work with sourcing and identify the supplier for production & costing of the product. • Prepare Engineering test reports, engineering bulletins, assembly procedures, product reports, service manual and documentation. 5: • Duties involve customer support, sales support, and field service. • Do the market Research, Competitive Analysis & Bench Marking with Key competitor • Learn methods from analysis of industry products and apply lessons learned to innovative product designs • Support Project executive team timely to complete interrelated design/process activity to assure project completions.Skills Required-:CTQ 1 • Product development experience in embedded hardware design and interfacing of communication protocols; IO-Link, Ethernet etc. • Experience of Schematic design and PCB layout design. Preferred ECAD tool: Altium Designer • Experience of Hardware Testing and debugging. CTQ 2 • Experience of Analog, Digital, Power supply (DC-DC converter) and embedded system. • Designing and testing knowledge on EMI/EMC. • Good understanding of Industrial Automation products, PLC, HMI. • Good knowledge of motion control systems and application of stepper motors, and servo motors. CTQ 3 • Good Knowledge on various operational Environmental & Safety requirements • Good general IT skills - MS Office • Have strong verbal and written communication skills and organized presentation skills. CTQ 4 Desired: • Knowledge on Servo based motion and control product design. • Knowledge on schematic and PCB layout design & ECAD software (e.g. Altium Designer). • Some experience in the use of Quality and Engineering Tools like DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis and Statistical Process Control etc. • Working Knowledge of building discrete and analog sensor-based applications. • Basic skills in embedded software architecture, embedded C programming, UI.
