Role OverviewSales Team is looking for a talented Key Accounts Specialist ready to work in Modern On-Trade area and support our team in managing relationships with our Key Accounts for joint business development.What You'll Be DoingThe role holder would be accountable for:Develop, plan and execute strategies to achieve or exceed the monthly sales objectives for the channel and customer. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.Manage and build strong business relationships with the Premium & Entertainment Key Accounts by developing partnerships that promote our product and services.Develop plans to achieve sales and profit for both Carlsberg India and these accounts. Manage top tier customers to optimize results and sales.Manage RTM by monitoring, evaluating and aligning to Company's objectivesCoach and guide the team to meet the organization goalsConduct regular market visits to be updated on competitor activity, and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the channelPerform analysis for sales channel; identify threat and opportunity to be used for strategic sales channel planning, and customer planning.Work with the Marketing team by way of merchandising and promotions to provide brand visibility, and to grow sales volume. Ensure effective on ground execution.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a person who has a PGDM/MBA degree and experience of 8-10 years in the relevant field.Who does the role interact with?External Stakeholders - Distribution Partners, Customers, Event Management AgenciesInternal - Cross functional Teams, Modern on Trade team PRB
