Provide guidance and training to the team.• Effective Communication: Provide regular and comprehensive test summaries and updates to senior management, both internally and externally, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.• Documentation: Develop, Track, and maintain documentation of the current system, upgrades, requirements, etc. as prescribed by the Business Analyst• RCA: Assist in performing root cause analysis of the user bugs What do we expect:• A minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years of proven experience in a quality assurance management role for an insurance domain client / company or a similar capacity is desirable.• Proven experience in successfully delivering testing for large-scale data projects.• Extensive experience in Functional, UI, Regression, Automation, and Performance testing is essential.• Strong proficiency in test estimation, planning, reporting, and control, with hands-on experience banking domain.• Experience of working with Azure boards.• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to executives, senior managers, and associates across business and technology sectors.• Certification in quality control (e.g., ISTQB, Agile Software Test Professional) is a strong advantage.• Experience working in the insurance or BFSI domain is preferred.• Ability to prepare test data using automation test frameworks (e.g., Selenium) or scripting knowledge is desirable.• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.• Ability to work under pressure and take ownership • Be available and on top of deliverables and deployment PRB
