Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Insurance Analytics Responsibilities· Lead multiple implementation projects across Insurance vertical.· Develop and review project plan, milestones, and delivery. · Analyze business requirements, conceptualize, and design solutions, and articulate their value proposition to clients· Participate in Steerco meetings.· Preparation of weekly/monthly reports for management consumption· Manage and motivate team members· Manage Escalations· Provide guidance to delivery managers and project teams· Team handling and issue resolution.· Generating proposals and delivering presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept to showcase capabilities and transformation solutions· Liaise with account managers & enterprise salesforce to penetrate and upsell into existing accounts (both hunting and farming), positioning a variety of analytics led value propositions. This would include participating in RFP responses & proactive pursuits in the area of Data & Analytics. Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications· Any Graduation Preferred Qualifications/ Skills· Relevant experience in Insurance domain, with expertise in one or more of the following domains- Claims, Underwriting Finance & Accounting· Project/Program Management knowledge including working on Architecture/Design of BI/Analytics solutions· RFP/RFI solution experience is essential· Ability to understand data engineering process, apply analytics to improve efficiency, deliver tangible business impact to end client organization, and articulate the value created· Must have implementation experience of on-prem and cloud-based Data & Analytics solutions in one or more of the following layers- Visualization Data Lake/Data Warehouse ETL/Data Engineering Metadata/Master Data AI/ML· Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders· Experience in Analytics products and solutions· Customer Interaction and Stakeholder Management Skills· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication· Experience in the area of Actuarial or Exposure Management would be preferred· Business consulting experience or internal consulting (in case of non-consulting companies) in data would be preferred· Consultative selling skills and story-telling ability is a plus PRB
