We are looking for A 'PE literate' individual who understands the nuances of growth and commercial delivery throughout the entirety of a PE investment cycle and onto exit.As an Interim Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organisation, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will provide strategic financial leadership, manage financial risk, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.Responsibilities: Strategic and commercial support to the CEOFinancial strategy, planning and insightFinancial reporting and analysisCompliance and controlImprovement of existing systems and processes and to create efficienciesCandidate profileCIMA or ACCA Qualified with 10 PQESignificant Private Equity experience and debt funding experiencePrevious experience operating as CFO or FD (number 1)In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience of multi-site business within the Hospitality or Retail sectorExcellent communication skills
