Dive deep into quantitative and qualitative data, working closely with our global Data & Analytics team, to supercharge and refine our media strategies across Europe, both online and offline. ResponsibilitiesYour Arsenal:Data Alchemy: Use your magical touch to analyze and measure strategic and tactical media performance, employing scientific practices and a keen eye for detail.Insightful Reporting: Report your findings effectively, bringing team members and stakeholders along on the journey with forward-looking, action-oriented insights.A/B Testing Champion: Empower our teams with your expertise in A/B testing processes, discovering and testing new growth opportunities to enhance our strategies.Personalization Prodigy: Implement personalized strategies, ensuring the right media reaches the right customer, enhancing our customer experiences.Tech Savvy: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SQL, PowerBI, and Adobe Analytics to support the media and leadership team, becoming our go-to expert in digital marketing reporting.Knowledge Maven: Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry news and sharing your insights, expanding our internal knowledge base.Collaborative Explorer: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, supporting program, marketing, and operational objectives across various tools and technologies.Statistical Sorcery: Perform statistical analysis of A/B/N tests, utilizing your expertise to enhance our analytical capabilities. QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree preferred, but a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.Analytical Whiz: 4+ years of experience in an analytical role, handling customer and media performance data, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and media landscape.Data Storyteller: Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, transforming raw data into compelling narratives that drive decisions.Tech Enthusiast: Expert understanding of Google Analytics, PowerBI, and familiarity with Adobe Analytics. Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.Versatile Explorer: Knowledge of various analytical disciplines, including customer, ecommerce, and retail sales data. Familiarity with conversion optimization concepts, customer lifecycle, and user experience analysis.Statistical Savvy: Ability to perform statistical analysis of A/B/N tests, comfortable in ambiguous analytical situations, and adept at making and evaluating assumptions.Independent Thinker: Highly motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Ready to shape the future of Foot Locker's digital marketing?
