Manager Hospitality Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day management of lodging operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest services and satisfaction. He will also manage and train staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and assist with event planning and coordination.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related fieldExperience in hospitality operations, guest services, and staff managementExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skillsPositive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learnProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Property Management Systems (PMS) and Online Travel Agencies (OTA)Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus PRB
