An entry-level leadership role leads a large team.Create opportunities to implement new digital approaches on your projects.Collaborate within your team and other teams within GEC as well as regions to deliver.Ability to leading a team on various projects in line with client requirement.Provide design input to Engg./BIM /CAD team and co-ordinate for design delivery. Liaison with team members to produce good design solution as per the best design practice.Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure integrity of the overall design.Build a profile in the industry and keep up to date with the innovations and developments.Compliance of Arcadis Business Management System.Drive Health & Safety culture of the business within the team.Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.Good communication skills.Role AccountabilitiesSound technical knowledge, academically good.Should have worked with and have experience working on US/UK/Australia projects.Should have led and delivered multi-disciplinary projects to US/UK/AustraliaFamiliar with US/UK/Australia codes, standards, and practices in Civil & Structural Engineering.Awareness of software being used in Civil & Structural deliverables across US/UK/AustraliaExposure to STAAD Pro, TEKLA TEDDS, Mathcad, Robot, AutoCAD, Revit & Civil 3D Good knowledge of Microsoft office.A strong, self-motivated, and assertive person capable of working under pressure. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Flexible to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement. Qualification & Experience: ME/Post-Graduation in Civil or Structural Engineering.
