The founding team consists of experts with extensive experience in operating a network of 120+ schools and 35,000 students.We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team to ensure children have the best start in life by providing the right environment and experiences that are crucial for the early years.Responsibilities of the Educator include, but are not limited to:Interpreting and implementing Amra's academic and play programObserving and tracking a child's growth and developmentEngaging with parents and supporting them with appropriate tools and resourcesCreating and maintaining a safe space for children and families Relevant experience & mindsetsBachelors or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) (or) Psychology. Montessori Training is a plusStrong analytical skills to use Amra's proprietary software to analyze metrics and create individualized reportsExperience working with groups of toddlers or parentsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact, diplomacy, and mature judgmentAmra believes in providing the right setting for the team to thrive.
