Finance business partner for tracking order profitability at various stages (Order booking, Manufacturing release, Execution)2. Variance analysis - Order stage Vs Actual3. Monthly books closing activity, specific focus on Annual Closures3. Accounts payable management and controland controlling of vendor advances, AP balances, agingflow forecasting and controllingreconciliationsCompliances4. Accounts receivables management and controlreceivables aging, credit controls as per policyBG controlling and managementreconciliations5. Factory controlling and Inventory ManagementInventory and WO aging, scrap accountingcount, physical inventory variance and accounting, Annual stock countsVerification/ recovery and capacity utilization monitoring for plantAnalysis, yield monitoringand validation of cost sheets6. Budget preparation, forecasting & Monitoring deviation therefrom7. Cost control, cost reduction, Opex control and review8. Co-ordinate with plant management to analyse / optimize cost and enhance profitability9. Putting systems, process, controls on shop floor and stores area10. CAPEX Investment decisions, Make Vs Buy Analysis11.
