Contracts Manager

• Expertise in Contract interpretation, drafting & management.
• Strong written and verbal in communication skills in English.
• Negotiations at all levels and all deal values.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in the use of MS Office particularly Excel Program.
• Ability to work in minimum supervision and able to work under pressure.
• Attention to details & strong understanding of agreements.
• Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
• Good Work Attitudes (e.g. Polite, Honest, Trustworthy, Courteous, Punctual).
• Proactive and highly motivated.
• Teamwork & Hardworking.
• Problem solving (e.g. Handling of Contractual Disputes, Resourcefulness)
• Have a depth understanding of business knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or legal with 10-15 Years’ experience in Contracts & preferably Supply chain in Marine and Oil & Gas Industry
• Candidates having longer years of experience in Contracts & Supply chain (in excess of 20 Years) may be exempted from the requirement of formal College Degree.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology.
