Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identifyand attract top talent for our clients. Screen resumes andapplications, conduct initial phone screenings, and scheduleinterviews with candidates. • Conduct in-person interviewsand assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers. Managethe candidate experience from initial contact to final offer,ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients tounderstand job requirements, and develop effective job postings andjob descriptions. • Utilize job boards, social media, andother recruiting tools to source and attract candidates. Build andmaintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers toensure a strong pipeline of talent. • Keep abreast ofindustry trends and best practices in recruiting, and continuouslyimprove the recruitment process.
