Product Manager - DermocosmeticsDel-Ponte is a Talent Development & Acquisition BoutiqueFirm operating across the GCC and the Middle East. Our client is aone of the most competing companies in Pharmaceutical healthcareand Cosmeceutical products in Qatar. In line with their currentexpansion, they are actively hiring, and we have been entrusted byour client to manage the recruitment of their core team. This roleis pivotal in managing the interface between medical prescriptions,coordinating medical events, and steering the retail channelsincluding ensuring product visibility, devising promotional offers,handling social media strategies, orchestrating on-groundactivation events, and overseeing all Direct To Consumer (DTC)Marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in both the medical and cosmetic sectors, with a keenunderstanding of consumer needs and market trends. KeyResponsibilities: • Product Management and Strategy• Develop and implement comprehensive product strategiesfor the dermo-cosmetics portfolio that align with thecompany's objectives and market needs. • Conductmarket research to understand competitor landscape, market trends,and customer needs to inform product positioning and innovation.• Collaborate with R&D and regulatory affairs toguide the development of new products and ensure compliance withindustry standards. • Medico/ Prescription Management• Liaise with healthcare professionals to increase productawareness and inclusion in medical prescriptions. •Organize and manage medical detailing efforts to educatedermatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionalsabout the product range. • Develop and maintain up-to-datescientific and clinical data to support product effectiveness andsafety and equip the sales force with all the necessary updates andthe necessary tools to effectively promote the brands todermatologists. • Medical Events • Plan,organize, and execute medical events such as conferences, seminars,and webinars aimed at healthcare professionals to promote thedermo-cosmetics portfolio. • Coordinate with key opinionleaders (KOLs) and speakers for event participation and contentdelivery. • Evaluate the impact of medical events onproduct awareness and adoption among healthcare professionals.• Retail Channel Management • Develop strategiesto enhance product visibility and placement in both physical andonline retail channels. • Negotiate and secure promotionalspaces and opportunities within retail environments. •Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on productstrategy and sales targets. • Direct To Consumer Marketing• Oversee the creation and execution of DTC marketingcampaigns, including social media strategies, on-ground activationevents, and promotional offers. • Monitor and analyze theperformance of DTC activities, adjusting strategies as needed tomaximize reach and engagement. • Collaborate with digitalmarketing teams to optimize online presence and e-commerce sales.• Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closelywith cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory affairs,and Business Development to ensure cohesive strategy implementationand product success. • Present regular updates and reportsto senior management on product performance, market trends, andstrategic initiatives.
