Product ManagerDermocosmeticsDelPonte is a Talent Development& Acquisition Boutique Firm operating across the GCC andthe Middle East. Our client is a one of the most competingcompanies in Pharmaceutical healthcare and Cosmeceutical productsin Qatar. In line with their current expansion they are activelyhiring and we have been entrusted by our client to manage therecruitment of their core team. This role is pivotal in managingthe interface between medical prescriptions coordinating medicalevents and steering the retail channels including ensuring productvisibility devising promotional offers handling social mediastrategies orchestrating onground activation events and overseeingall Direct To Consumer (DTC) Marketing activities. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in both the medical andcosmetic sectors with a keen understanding of consumer needs andmarket trends.KeyResponsibilities:Product Managementand StrategyDevelop and implementcomprehensive product strategies for the dermocosmetics portfoliothat align with the companys objectives and marketneeds.Conduct market research to understandcompetitor landscape market trends and customer needs to informproduct positioning and innovation.Collaboratewith R&D and regulatory affairs to guide the development ofnew products and ensure compliance with industrystandards.Medico/ PrescriptionManagementLiaise with healthcare professionalsto increase product awareness and inclusion in medicalprescriptions.Organize and manage medicaldetailing efforts to educate dermatologists pharmacists and otherhealthcare professionals about the productrange.Develop and maintain uptodate scientificand clinical data to support product effectiveness and safety andequip the sales force with all the necessary updates and thenecessary tools to effectively promote the brands todermatologists.MedicalEventsPlan organize and execute medical eventssuch as conferences seminars and webinars aimed at healthcareprofessionals to promote the dermocosmeticsportfolio.Coordinate with key opinion leaders(KOLs) and speakers for event participation and contentdelivery.Evaluate the impact of medical eventson product awareness and adoption among healthcareprofessionals.Retail ChannelManagementDevelop strategies to enhanceproduct visibility and placement in both physical and online retailchannels.Negotiate and secure promotionalspaces and opportunities within retailenvironments.Work closely with sales teams toensure alignment on product strategy and salestargets.Direct To ConsumerMarketingOversee the creation and execution ofDTC marketing campaigns including social media strategies ongroundactivation events and promotionaloffers.Monitor and analyze the performance ofDTC activities adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach andengagement.Collaborate with digital marketingteams to optimize online presence and ecommercesales.CrossfunctionalCollaborationWork closely with crossfunctionalteams including sales regulatory affairs and Business Developmentto ensure cohesive strategy implementation and productsuccess.Present regular updates and reports tosenior management on product performance market trends andstrategic initiatives.JobRequirements:Bachelors Degree from areputable university.Proficiency in bothArabic and English languages with exceptional communicationskills.Demonstrated expertise in marketing andpromoting dermocosmetic products at a manageriallevel.Minimum of 35 years of experience as aProduct Marketing Manager in the DermoCosmeticsindustry.Experience in Qatar is aplusThis job has beensourced from an external job board.More jobson
