What will I bedoing?As a Pastry Cook, youwould be responsible creating, preparing, producing and baking allpastries, breads, rolls and desserts for food and beverage outletsin the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstandingguest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards: Prepare pastryfood items according to designated recipes and qualitystandardsMaintain cleanliness and comply withfood sanitation standardsStock, maintain andensure proper storage and refrigeration of an adequate supply ofall prepared productDevelop new products fora-la-carte and catering menus, asneededPractice correct food handling and foodstorage procedures according to federal, state, local and companyregulations
