Greet guests upon arrival andarticulately explain details and amenitiesavailable.Respond to guest requests forspecial arrangements or services (e.g., unpacking, dry cleaningpress guest garment, shoe shine, assist with reservations, andtransportation) by making arrangements or identifying appropriateproviders.Respond to special requests fromguests with unique needs and follow up to ensuresatisfaction.Gather, summarize, and provideinformation to guests about the property and the surrounding areaamenities, including special events andactivities.Answer, record, and process allguest calls, messages, requests, questions, orconcerns.Inspect guest rooms after beingcleaned by Housekeeper to ensure qualitystandards.Verify room status, determinediscrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status ofdeparting guest rooms.Assist Housekeepingmanagement in managing dailyactivities.Document and resolve issues withdiscrepant rooms with the Front Desk.Prepare,distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/workboards.Communicate issues to next shift.Complete required paperwork.Assist managementin hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, andmotivating and coachingemployees.
