esign, develop, teach advanced level theoryand practice, and assess using various learning methodologies in anassigned technical subject area , role plays, simulations,technology- delivered training, and workplace learning ore-learning.Analyse the knowledge and skillsgap in alignment of OJT (On Job Training) programs matrix anddesign learning materials to meet individual needs, in coordinationwith Line supervision.Design and developsimulator training and assessments or source appropriate testmaterials where necessary. Evaluate learner performance and preparereports of progress.Design and developProcess/Technical Unit training and Procedure CompetencyAssessments or source appropriate test materials wherenecessary.Recommend learning solutions withcourse curriculum and responds to feedback from learners and makeadjustments or enhancements to the learning solution based onfeedback.Develop operations process scenariosand modify lesson plans and learning materials and useinstructional methods and media effectively.
