As a General Manager, your role will bepivotal in driving the strategy and growth of our brand(s) inalignment with our long-term vision. You'll be tasked withsetting budgets, commercial targets, and overseeing operationalgrowth, all while leveraging technology and data to optimizeefficiency.Key responsibilities includedeveloping business plans, setting commercial KPIs, and leadingstrategic meetings with stakeholders. You'll alsocollaborate with the regional team on projects to enhance costefficiencies and manage store investments to ensure alignment withour financial objectives.To excel in this role,you'll need a strong track record in identifying andcapturing new business opportunities, financial management skills,and the ability to nurture client relationships.
