A Quality and Safety Engineer plays acritical role in ensuring that an organization maintains highstandards of quality and safety in its products, services,processes, or operations. The coverage of this role varies acrossentities and geographies depending on the needs of thebusiness. The Quality andSafety Engineer is responsible for assisting in the development,implementation, and maintenance of quality and safety programs andprocesses within the group organization and wholly owned businessentities. This role ensuresthat products or services meet established quality standards andcomply with safety regulations to minimize risks and promote aculture of continuous improvement.Maintenance and Compliance of the QMS •Management, co-ordination, and attendance where appropriate ofQuality and Safety meetings • Diligent record keeping andtracking actions to closure of deviations and nonconformities.• Alignment consistency of the QMS across BSL entities andgeographies • Ensure functional alignment with anyprocesses and procedures being adopted by BSL and itsShareholder
